Item 20: Outlets and Franchisee Information
Statistical information on the number of franchised and company-owned outlets for the preceding three-year period, as well as other certain information concerning the franchise system. Some disclosures under Item 20 must be provided in a prescribed tabular format, and others may be provided simply with text.
